Facebook warns employers not to demand passwords

"And as the friend of a user, you shouldn't have to worry that your private information or communications will be revealed to someone you don't know and didn't intend to share with just because that user is looking for a job."[/i]

What is up with today's employers?

Everyone should understand this one thing.....Big Brother (which includes government, law enforcement AND employers) LOVES THE SOCIAL MEDIA EXPLOSION!!!!!! Honestly, we are all playing into their hands by being "on the grid" and accessible! This is as deep as I get right here.....NO FACEBOOK or TWITTER FOR ME!!!!
